Emerson College with a B.F.A. in Musical
Theatre and Theatre Education and spent

Seth
Greenleaf, Vice President of Theatrical
Development
A graduate
of UCLA's school of Theatre Film and Television,
Seth Greenleaf would be the first to tell
you he's lived a theatrical life. Growing
up at the heart of New York City's musical
theatre scene, he was bitten early by the
bug while watching his father Kenneth produce
the original "Nine the Musical"
starring Raul Julia and Anita Morris. He
has worked in every aspect of theatre since,
from usher to actor to director. Among his
favorite highlights are acting with George
C. Scott in the off-Broadway hit "Wrong
Turn at Lungfish", and producing his
first feature film at only 22. He heads
GFour's New York office and is the company's
Vice President of Theatrical Development.
He is a proud member of the GFour family
and likes to joke that "Here at GFour,
you can never tell where the family ends
and the business begins". And that's
exactly why he loves it.

Neal
Gardner, Vice President of Production /
General Manager
After careers
in numerous business ventures, Neal came
to GFour in its infancy and has proudly
watched it grow into the vibrant, committed,
professional production company it has become.
So many people to acknowledge from the G’s
who have allowed me to be truly thrilled
to do what I do, to my wife, Patti, and
daughters, Stephanie and Dana, who roll
their eyes but understand that this job
has hours beyond long and that it is not
a growth on my ear, but rather my Blackberry.

John
Poland, Vice President of Operations
John has played
many different administrative roles in the
theater business for the past 20 years.
Before joining GFour, he spent 10 years
working with Clear Channel Entertainment,
overseeing their touring theater business
in the Southeastern United States. He is
originally from Rhode Island where he earned
a degree in Theater / Performing Arts Management
from Rhode Island College. John is married
to the love of his life, Yarni, and has
3 young children (all of whom love Broadway,
like their dad.). Besides his family, John
lists the following as some of his favorite
things: Marie’s Crisis in NYC; Texas-hold-em;
show tunes from the 80s and 90s; traveling
abroad (he’s been to more that 20
countries); and visiting Las Vegas. He thinks
he could win a Reality TV show…He’s
auditioned for Survivor and The Amazing
Race.

Joseph
Ruffner, National Company Manager
Joe worked
for Cleveland's Playhouse Square both as
an actor and stage manager, as well as
with the Second City, before joining GFour
Productions to "get closer to the Menopausal ladies."
Since joining the team, he has been blessed
with a few ladies of his own: Jen and he
married when the Cleveland production turned
one year old, and they welcomed Isabella
when Atlanta celebrated its first year.
In his free time, Joe likes to proofread
programs, organize payroll spreadsheets,
and book hotels for traveling actors. He
has also been known to work with Atlanta's
Synchronicity Performance Group, and is
a several-year member of AEA. He sends
a shout out to the CMs around the world
and Canada.

Leah
Davis, Director of Marketing
Leah is definitely
not a stranger to theater as she has been
acting since she was wearing pigtails. She
has not forgone her talents but rather brought
them with her into her adult professional
life. She began her career at Clear Channel
Entertainment shortly after graduating from
Florida State University with a BFA in Visual
Arts. While at Clear Channel she focused
on marketing live Broadway in South Florida.
In October 2006, Leah had the distinct honor
of opening the Carnival Center for the Performing
Arts in Miami, as the Show Marketing Manager.
She spends most of her free time being a
food critic for her peers and family members,
as she is quite the “foodie.” Leah lives
